The Sun Lady Unveiled
This will be the first of many entries, directly taken from The Sun Lady Unveiled originally published in March 2020.
And then the heavens shall be rent from the rising of the sun even to the setting, and an innumerable multitude of angels shall come down to the earth; and then the treasures of the heavens shall be opened, and they shall bring down every precious thing, and the perfume of incense, and they shall bring down to the earth Jerusalem robed like a bride. (7) And then there shall go before me myriads of angels and archangels, bearing my throne, crying out, Holy, holy, holy, Lord of Sabaoth; heaven and earth are full of Thy glory. (8) And then will I come forth with power and great glory, and every eye in (9) the clouds shall see me; and then every knee shall bend, of things in heaven, and things on earth, and things under the earth. (10) And then the heaven shall remain empty; and I will come down upon the earth, and all that is in the air shall be brought down upon the earth, and all the human race and every evil spirit along with Antichrist, and they shall all be set before me naked, and chained by the neck.

About the Author
Preface
It is a mystery as to why I started working on his book that you see before you. This book is a product of approximately a year and change worth of research, writing, and editing. I didn’t ask to write this book, but somehow, I was compelled—as if I was given a task—whether, by God, fate, or my own curiosity, I do not know. For many months, there was much commotion concerning the date of September 23, 2017. The date has come and gone, but the theological and mythological background and the ideas that serve as a wellspring, for it cannot be ignored.
Revelation 12 contains a story about a solar, winged woman with her son, escaping the clutches of a ravenous and wrathful, multi-headed red dragon, only to elude it at the last moment by God’s Grace. This short story contains several threads that connect to influences ranging everything from Greek, Roman, Sumerian, Egyptian, Zoroastrian, and even Gnostic ideas. The usage of the term “Sun Lady” is borrowed from the erudite scholar Margaret Barker.
Revelation contains the whole Mystery of the Divine Economy (of Salvation), from the Incarnation of God the Word where the Sun Lady/Theotokos with the male child, are persecuted and snatched up into Heaven—that is, the Ascension of Jesus Christ. This episode is a retelling of other stories in both the Old and New Testaments—connecting the creation and fall of the universe in Genesis to its eventual restoration in Revelation. The central message of Revelation is about the Second Coming of Jesus Christ as Divine Judge. Revelation is also about the dramatic saga and struggle of the Church against evil powers that wish to destroy her presence and expansion in the world.
Of course, this also includes the appearance of the Beast/Antichrist, his ultimate destruction, the resurrection of the dead, the final judgment, the eternal punishment of the wicked, the eternal glory of the faithful, the revelation of the New Jerusalem—the Kingdom of God—the renewal of the visible created world, and the eternal communion of the deified believers with Christ. The Apocalypse is one vision and message repeated several times under different symbols. We are in the same position as the first Christians living between the two Arrivals of Christ and experiencing a foretaste of the blessings of the Kingdom, the Wedding Feast, the New Jerusalem, and the rule of Christ, as well as a foretaste of the Great Tribulation. This is the condition of the Church in every time and place, and why Christians of every time and place have always found the Apocalypse relevant to themselves.
This book will not be about geopolitical conspiracies, but will nevertheless also touch on occult lore connecting back to Revelation. Much of the information presented here is not typical of a Christian apologetic but still places reverence on scripture and religious traditions. One can think of this book as a “going away” present to readers of my long-running blog, The Aeon Eye (but now defunct).
I must give special thanks to the following people who helped me along the way with this book, including Jesse Peper, who provided the gorgeous front and back covers and the frontispiece, Karl James Smith, Angela R. Elwell, Tracy Twyman (Rest in Peace), Thomas Jay, and Tim Claasan. In any case, I hope you find reading this book to be almost as enlightening as it was for me to write it. This book is also dedicated to Tracy Twyman’s brave, adventurous spirit, who unselfishly put her life on the line for the truth.
